LOST AND FOUND: SF SUPER 8

As happens with nearly everything in life, things get lost or forgotten in the shuffle. Long faded away in the recesses of time, or in this case, an old shoe box. The story behind this forgotten Super 8 roll, is that it was REALLY old film stock. So old, that there was, as I was told, only one place available to develop and transfer it's contents...in Canada. Needless to say, it was a long and expensive undertaking. This footage from a LOWCARD BBQ at 3rd and Army in San Francisco was slated to go with the corresponding video that you may have seen in Issue 5. But, by the time it came back in the mail, the edit was done. Also, it seems to shift between color an B&W due to the nature of the old film stock. Anyway, I dug it up the other day and with some much invested, why not? Skaters/etc. are Rob Collinson, Dean Pogni, Peter Ramondetta, Benny Gold and Elias Bingham. Music by The Melvins, "Hide."
