Lift my spirit...
There is a reason the skateboard world seems to rotate around "So. Cal." The weather kills it, the School yards are a plenty, and it seems everywhere you look there is a spot or someone is skating. Upon this trip out to the promised land I had the pleasure of hanging/skating with DJ Chavez, Lizard King, J-Roy, Sebo Walker, Yoon Sul, and my boy "Benny Lee" AKA "Mr. New Mexico." Ben is always down to come to Venice and hang tough. I think it has something to do with the bodybuilding/skate history ... who knows. Anyway, he killed it.
